1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Platform, products, apps, services, AI-based features, or communications, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part, you must immediately discontinue use.

2. Nature of Services (Disclaimer)

The Platform provides astrology-based content, AI-driven insights, algorithms, personalized predictions, notifications, and informational material for entertainment, educational, and personal reflection purposes only. No prediction, insight, or recommendation is guaranteed, binding, or determinative. Reliance on the Platform is at your own risk.

3. No Professional Advice

The Platform does not provide medical, legal, financial, mental health, or professional advice. Any action you take based on astrology insights, algorithms, or AI recommendations is solely at your discretion. The Company, its officers, employees, AI systems, and content providers accept no responsibility for consequences arising from such actions.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not use the Platform to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive conduct

• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit any algorithms or AI models

• Impersonate any person or entity

• Interfere with the Platform, its data, or third-party services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, branding, AI outputs, and algorithms are proprietary to the Company. Users may not copy, distribute, reproduce, create derivative works, or commercialize any content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including emotional, psychological, financial, or relational impacts. The Company’s total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed INR 1,000.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, reliance on any content, or violation of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any claims, controversies, or disputes shall be submitted to the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. International Access

Users accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction do so at their own risk and consent to Indian law applying to their usage.
